Hi Shahzad,
Continuing Bala Conversation, please check the cable connection between UPS main frame to PDUM monitoring board, if it is connected there must be green light on all PDM modules,
Please answer below question to understand issue.
Are you able to monitor PDUM battery modules ?
is there green light on all connected PDM ?
UPS is properly configured with PDUM ?
PDUM power supply card is OK ?

Dear Muhammad,
As per the K-base document: FA237786, The embedded NMC within the UPS must be used to monitor any power distribution.
Were you able to monitor the Integrated PDU breakers before? Are you using the NMC that is embedded in the UPS or are you using the add-on additional Smart Slot NMC to monitor the UPS?
What is the current NMC firmware that you have on your NMC that you can see under Administration-General-About? Can you provide the screen shot of the same?
Regards,
Bala

Dear Muhammad,
It looks like Switchgear is not configured on your UPS. I suggest you to contact your regional technical support of UPS or Certified Symmetra PX2 FSR support in your region to configure the Switchgear settings.
Once the Switchgear is configured correctly on your UPS display, I believe that NMC will show the Power Distribution details.
Regards,
Bala

Hi Muhammad, I am not UPS expert. So I request you to verify this with the UPS technical support or Customer care team in your region to configure the Switchgear settings of your Symmetra UPS on the display.

Hi Malik sb,
Yes, I can monitor all battery modules and all PDMs also have green light on. I am not sure about PDUM configuration with UPS, hence there is no error of Power Supply fault even i have performed self test of UPS.
