Hello,
My client has DCE and Netbotz 570 with 3 camera pod 160 in their system. As you can see in the screenshot below, there is a 7 hours difference between the time and recorded clip time. Clips seems recorded from the future.
I set the date and time in Data Center Expert and Netbotz 570. The time and date on video clips(right bottom on clips) are correct. Only recorded time seems wrong.
How can I solve this?
Thanks in advance,
(CID:126178716)

Hello Erhan,
Have you checked that the Regional settings are the same on both the DCE and the 570?
Are they both getting their time from the same NTP server, or is the 570 using the DCE as it's NTP?
Did you reboot the DCE and 570 after setting the times on both?
Regards

Hello John,
Thanks for fast reply.
Yes, They are both in the same region.
I couln't set NTP server for DCE so I set the time and date manually.
No I didn't reboot any of them.
Best regards,
