Hi,
Could you please confirm whether older versions of ITA are still supported under a fully paid-up support contract? For example, is it necessary to upgrade to the latest version to receive support? Is there a policy outlining support for versions within a certain range, such as the latest version minus three? Additionally, is there an end-of-life list or a lifecycle model similar to those provided by companies like Microsoft?
Thanks,
John.
