StruxureWare Portal is not showing correctly using Internet Explorer v11

Internet Explorer is only showing the layout and no data. No graphs, temp or humidity readings, no power usage, U space. all of these are blank.

After doing a lot of research found that in Windows 8.1 un-ticking "Enhance Protection Mode" resolves the issue for IE 11 64bit. however most of the machines that need to access the portal are Windows 7 32bit.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this for Windows 7 32bit machines running IE11?

It seems like the EPM functionality is only used/supported on 64 bit OS? http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/31977-internet-explorer-enhanced-protected-mode-turn-off.html

Have you tried other browsers (chrome, firefox) on the 32 bit machines and seen the Portal working?

There is also compatibility mode which might be enabled. This can be checked using the menu that appears after pressing F12.
