StruxureWare Portal is created using HTML5 technology. This requires the internet browsers being used to support this. Some Internet Explorer browsers might be configured wrong.
You may experience problems viewing the StruxureWare Portal in Internet Explorer 9 or 10 if the browser is in compatibility mode.
If compatibility mode is turned on, turn it off:
In Internet Explorer 9 or 10, select Tools>Compatibility View.
