How do I add background pictures in location map portlet in StruxureWare Portal

I have a picture of my office building I want to use as background on my portal dashboard screen. I cannot find the right way adding the photo?

Pictures can be added to the location map portlet which then can be used as background portlet for the dashboard screen

1. In the portlet title bar of, for example the Location Map portlet, click the Tool icon and select Preferences.
2. Click Manage Images.
3. Select Add>Basic Document.
4. Browse to the image file to upload it.
   If you want the image to be visible to everyone, select the permission Viewable by: Anyone (Guest Role). Otherwise, the image will be visible only to users who are signed in (Site Members).
