I had an issue where StruxureWare Portal would function normally and then after a week or so just stop working. I re-installed the software and all was well again. However, once again the portal failed and I was unable to start any of the services. I discovered this was due to a failed login issue concerning the StruxureWare Portal Service/ Postresql not starting.
What I found is that under StruxureWare Portal's Services "Properties" > "Log on as" option the portal for some reason had credentials being used under "This account". I selected the system to "Log on as" a "Local System account".
The issue is now resolved. I have attached a picture of the menu option that should be changed to resolve this issue. The system is functioning fine now.
