Dear Saad Alvi,
The design of the DCE software interfaces is such, that only one of its Public LAN interfaces is routable. That is, theoretically it is possible to connect many different subnets connected by router(s) to this interface. The second Private LAN interface is not routable, and only one subnet can be connected to it.
The idea behind this DCE software network interface design is to integrate all critical devices of the data center engineering infrastructure into an isolated physically private network and connect it to the DCE's software Private LAN interface.
Access to the DCE software is done from the public network through the Public LAN. Similarly, access to critical devices of the data center engineering infrastructure is performed from the public network through DCE software in proxy mode.
Since you initially already have 3 separate subnets, you have two connection options:
Which option to choose is up to you, since there are no particular advantages or disadvantages here.
If you have more questions, please ask.
With respect.
