Is it possible for a customer to have their ecostruxureit monthly report sent to an email address like "ithelpdesk@customer.com" instead of  to a specific registered user?

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to change the report recipient address.

As a workaround, you can add a "fake" user to the customers organization with the desired email address.
