I'm searching by this name "StruxureOn" my location UAE

But no one and nothing prevents you from downloading and installing on the smartphone StruxureOn app from numerous relevant resources on the Internet 😉. For a real test of StruxureOn digital service is a very good option, which I, for example, have been using for a long time.

Hi Musllam.Binhalabi,
Regardless of whether you are using a DCE-server or special free StruxureOn Gateway software, as indicated on page https://struxureon.com/get-started/, you must perform the initial registration and connection (see, for example, section 4 on page https://struxureon.com/download-and-set-up-struxureon-gateway/).
Only after that you can have access on page https://struxureon.com/manage/app/login, where you can manage your StruxureOn gateways, connected devices, users of StruxureOn app and much more.
More details about this and much more can be found on page StruxureOn Help and in the relevant guides: Getting started with StruxureOn guide for administrators and Getting started with StruxureOn guide for users.
