Dear Team,
We have connected following brands of UPS with data center expert server:
Data Center Expert is not reporting correct sensors status of all brands. It is reporting correct sensors values only of APC.
How to resolve this issue?

Are the sensors reporting incorrect values or Unplugged or another status?
DCE 7.2.0 is several versions behind the current version 7.4.2, so you should contact your local Technical Support to validate your software support contract in order to get the links to upgrade.
If upgrading the DCE does not resolve this, you may need to contact the Device Support team for the latest DDFs for those 3rd party devices. You can check for and request DDFs using the link below.

Dear Nadeem,
Struxureware Data Center Expert software comes with pre-loaded Device Definition File(DDF) for APC products to show the parameters correctly under view device sensors.
Regarding third party products sensors values, we need to add the appropriate DDF file for DCE to recognize and show the correct sensors values depending upon the device capability which are supported via either SNMP or Modbus Over TCP.
I request you to verify if the correct DDF file is added to DCE software for third party products. You can also request the DDF file on EcoStruxure IT Help Center.
Please refer the DDF request procedure here.
Once you add the right DDF file, your problem will be resolved.
