BRIAN MEADE's Personal Room-20170223 2307-1.arf
Hello,
I have found a bug within DCO 8.0.4.
Background: The Customer has Liebert CRV inrow cooling units. I used "Generic InRow Large" to model the CRV's. When running the measured plane calculation (the customer does not have the capacity key) I got the error "Floor tile airflows did not add up to down flow CRAC airflow".
Fix: There isn't one. It appears that only APC units can actually be represented as inrow cooling units. For example, if I create a Liebert CRV by copying an ACRC502 and modify the dimensions, name, etc, the system still will not compute without errors. However, if I use an ACRC502 or another APC unit the system works fine with no errors. However, any generic or modified-apc inrow equipment throws the error even though they are not listed as down flow cooling units.
I have attached a small webex recording which demonstrates the issue, just follow the link on the first line of this post.

Disregard previous comment, after looking this again and testing I can confirm that if you copy an APC InRow genome, change the make and model to be Liebert/CRV or something similiar, DCO no longer treats it as an inrow and instead throws an error about floor tiles.
Is there something in the CFD 3D modeling that is hard coded to the Manufacturer/Model fields instead of the genome itself?

I also tried adding the Genome from the APC IRC to the cloned unit. The test still fails and the error is still present.
