Schneider Electric Wonderware Intelligence or Tableau Server software

Hi,

One of our client had a query if we have "Schneider Electric Wonderware Intelligence or Tableau Server software" installed for DCIM.

We had installed for them DCO 8.0.1 and DCE 7.3.1 (Appliance AP9465).

Seriously I did not understand what they need. If anyone can make out please help?

Hi Shemilusman,

There is no direct integration with these softwares and DCO or DCE from what i can see. It may be possible with custom ETL scripting to get them to communicate but I have no knowledge of that and I believe it would be a custom service to get it done. 

I suggest getting more information on what they want to achieve or what they're trying to do and maybe someone on the forum may have something to add.

Hi Steve,

I Spoke to customer and it seems Schneider Electric Wonderware Intelligence or Tableau Server software is Vulnerable to Cyber attacks and the old version of this software is a security threat. It can allow hackers to take control of the server or appliance.

So they wanted a confirmation from us that we are not using Wonderware Intelligence or Tableau Server Software for Schneider Electric DCIM Solution and in any of our DCO & DCE (AP9465) Servers. So please confirm so I can forward it to the client.

As I noted there, this forum is for StruxureWqare DCO, DCE, and NetBotz products and it does not provide support those products. It is a different entity within Schneider Electric. If you need support for Wonderware, you may want to start here:
