Scheduling maintenance mode for DCE devices?

Is there a way to schedule devices to to go into and out of maintenance mode on a date and time?

This would be very handy for known schedualed events...

Hi Chad,

You can't schedule maintenance mode but what you can do is schedule the alarm actions associated with those devices or thresholds. If you need to turn off e-mails once a week for instance, the scheduling option

Hello Chad,

With the current version of StruxureWare Data Center Expert it is not possible to schedule a maintenance window for notifications. The only option at this time would be to manually place the device in maintenance mode and then out once the work is done. I will submit an enhancement request to DCE which will be considered for a future release.

Hi Chad,

I checked on this and it is indeed in the system as an enhancement request and there have been a few other cases where this request was made. Sorry to say though that it is still not associated with any specific future revision of DCE. I can only assume it is not seen as a high enough priority at this time.

I agree with Chad, it is a shame, because it was possible in ISXM (InfraStruXure Manager), so it is something that we were accustomed before and we lost in DCE.

Steve should I start a Feature Request also to have this option in DCE, or is there a way to vote which feature the customer think are priorities? Because at the end DCE is used by us, customer, not by the Software Engineer at Schneider.
