Hello all,
I have 4 identical pdu's, that they worked fine with DCE.
I had to erase the XML file for a reason and when I reupload the xml file for these pdus the DCE identified three of them.
For the last one only the online sensor has been found and nothing else. What might happen?
Thank you

Dear Grigorios Kousidis,
Please tell us the firmware version and model/part number of your rPDU.
Also, what do you mean by an XML file? If you mean a DDF-file, then what is its name and version?
Show a couple of screenshots from DCE and then they will help you faster and better 😀.
With respect.

This is happen for 2 different type of pdus (borh Oracle) The first group is about 4 RMII_PDU24KVA-3_HV and the other one is about 6 RMII_PDU15KVA-3_HV
The first one is RMII_PDU24KVA-3_HV
Firmware version:V2.07 - 08.11.2016
Product Identifier:Exadata X6-2
The second one is RMII_PDU15KVA-3_HV
Firmware version:V2.04 - 27.05.2015
Product Identifier:ZDLRA X6
Sorry about the XML, I meant DDF
The xml file that I uploaded as DDF is "oracle_rmii_pdu.xml" and I downloaded from here.
As you can see in the attached file difference between the correct and the false identifications.
And the other type is the following

Dear Grigorios Kousidis,
Since you are using two different models Oracle rPDU's, you need to download two separate DDF-files from the DDF resource, as in my screenshot:
Then import both DDF-files (simply import zip-file) and rediscover your Oracle rPDUs.
I hope this is what you need.
With respect.

I imported both DDF files and I still have the same issues.
In the same rack with the same pdu model- one of two cannot be recognized by DCE the correct model / values/ sensors / serial number etc as I send you before.
Will be helpful if I send you the SNMP Device walk for the correct and false pdus?

Dear Grigorios Kousidis,
In this case, please show a screenshot from the DCE-client with the names and versions of all SNMP DDF-files.
Please see your e-mail: I sent you my e-mail so that you send snmpwalk files as mentioned above.
With respect.
