The Model is correct however the type is not correct and DCE is not collection any information from the device except for One or more Batteries have been deemed to require replacement. The ATS has no battery

It seems, that your DCE software uses the wrong DDF-file for Socomec STATYS XS ATS.
You need to find and download the correct SNMP DDF-file for your device from the Device Support resource. How to do this is shown in the screenshot below:
Try it and report the result, please.
