Hi
I am having issues retrieving Surveillance Clips from DCE. However when I manage to Retrieve the clips, they are <1 Seconds long.
Anyone knows how to resolve this issue so that I can retrieve clips that are as long as the Alarm lasted when Motion is Detected?
Thanks.
Ps: I have added screenshots of my current surveillance settings.

Hi,
The most common reason for 1 second clips is suggested in the following k-base:
http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA158397
If you are posting to multiple DCE servers, this can happen and I would suggest posting to 2 or (for testing?) only 1 server.
Are these APC cameras or Pelco? If pelco, what model and firmware.
What version of DCE?
What version of BotzWare (NetBotz Firmware) is on the NetBotz and which unit?
Is this all cameras or just one / some?
Are the NetBotz and DCE communicating with HTTP or HTTPS?

Hi,
As per the k-base I linked, make sure how many DCE IPs the units with the issue are posting to.
