Asking on behalf of Mike:
I need to move the StruxureWare system from one location to another. I was told a while
back by your support team, that I basically would have to back up the current system, then restore it to the new server. Do you have a link that explains this process?
I know I will have to install a version of 7.6.0 to the new server first.
If I need to log a service call, please let me know.
Thanks

There is a k-base document available which explains the procedure to restore the DCE backup file. Are you trying to migrate from one virtual machine to another virtual machine? or Migrate from DCE hardware to Virtual Machine?
https://www.apc.com/id/en/faqs/FA321728/
In case if you are trying to restore the DCE backup file on a virtual machine which has a different MAC address from original DCE MAC address, then the local country technical support needs to be contacted for new pass codes as the license keys will not work if the MAC address is different.
If you are trying to migrate from DCE hardware server to Virtual Machine environment, then the below k-base document can be referred for instructions.

In order to receive the download URL for DCE .OVA file, please contact your local country technical support.
Please ask if there is any further query.
Regards,
Bala
