According to your tech service I should request an updated DDF for Liebert who is now Vertiv. How do I go about doing this?

Hi Tom,
Under the "Device Support" menu at the top of the page, you can find available DDFs, Create requests, and ask for updated versions. There's also a video tutorial on how to do it. Here's the link:
