Hi Jared,
As spezialist suggested, the summary report will not show the time/date that the state was changed. To report this, you'll have to run a table report which will show the different states during the polling cycle. Although it may not be as exact as the event log, it will give you an idea of when it happened within a few minutes (polling cycle at most).
As for the zip file, again as spezialist noted we are currently unable to do this. It is by design however there is already an enhancement request ni the system for this. I will add a link to this post so that your info will be added to the existing request.

Unfortunately, both your requests in the Schedule Data Export settings in the DCE-server can not be implemented. The only thing I can recommend in this case is to create a corresponding Feature Requests.

Thank you Steve, this is a table report. All devices/sensors bar netbotz devices have this polling data. The netbotz devices only show the status at the time of the report.
