Remote user/password creation for PDUs and ACs

Hello. We have several PDUs ad ACs in our environment, managed through EcoStruxure Data Center.

We need to create a remote user for each of them, also be able to change password every 6 months.

Any way to do that remotely, or do we have to go device by device, manually?
