Remote DR site POD-160 Camera recording issue

Hi,

we are facing an issue, our Remote DR site POD-160 Cameras is accessible for live monitoring but did not recording. Any one please help. setting are below

Hi shahzad,

Your settings will only record if there is motion detected.  You will also have to look at camera settings to make sure camera motion is enabled and there is no masking setup and/or to adjust the area of motion and sensitivity.  Check your scheduling under the Surveillance settings to be sure it is setup correctly to what you want to accomplish.  Hope this helps.

we have checked all settings with motion.

Remote DR site cameras and main Data center cameras POD-160 have same setting.

Can I know checkpoint, customer networks?
