I have a nrbk570 appliance, 4 CP160 connected to it,. Physical DCE licensed the cameras but when i retrive clips nothing show up. Client is running on windows 7.

Hi Marcio,
The first thing to look at are the dates and times of the DCE server and NetBotz appliance (Assuming they're in the same region) as if they are out of sync, DCE may not show clips when you are looking for a certain time (last hour etc). To verify this, you can use the "Range" option instead of "Last Hour" or day. If the NetBotz appliance is ahead of DCE by an hour, you may need to look in the future as DCE sees it. Use a range of yesterday to tomorrow for instance.
Other than that, you'd need to check surveillance settings. How is it set to surveil? On motion? On motion during alerts? Is the NetBotz alerting? There are a few different things to look at here to see if you're even supposed to be getting clips.

Everything is fine now. i just restarted the NBRK and the DCE, and started to retrieve
