Hello everybody.
I would like to know if it is available a genome for a 47U rack with 2 or 4 compartments or if there is some trick to overcome this limitation.
The dimensions for the rack are 800mm, 1200mm deep and 2200mm height.
We have installed this kind of racks for MPOE (to allow each ISP to have it's own area for configure what they need) and MDA (to distribute communications cabling to the rest of IT racks).
These are the models:

I tried to make smaller racks but I can't place them one above the other......😂
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hi Manuel,
At present the quarter and half racks are not supported in DCO. We are very much aware of the need for this functionality in terms of physically modelling the racks.
The topic has been discussed earlier here:

Thanks Søren.
Do you know when will be implemented these features in DCO?
I read the posts of the topic you sent and I have created racks with the size of one module each, but when I populate the room it happens that I can't save changes because I exceed the number of licenses we have (100 racks).
This is how the room should look like:
And this is how it looks like (the four racks in the first rows should be placed in one rack):
Same thing is happenning to us in other room with racks placed in a cold aisle, it has 3 rows inside of 13 racks each and one of the rows has racks with 2 compartments that I can't place using the trick mentioned above because of our license limitations.
Regards.

Hi Manuel,
I do not know and cannot tell when this feature will be implemented. I can only tell that this request is not new to us and we are aware of the need.
I would in your case look into using the co-location customer functionality and have only one rack with 4 different customers inside (to save on license count). You could also create a rack that is e.g. 3U taller then actually rack and use a non power device to separate the rack into 4 sections.
