It seems that all the rack types in Struxureware are designed with the U counting from bottom to top. The racks in our facility are all labeled from top to bottom. How can we modify the Racks to display the proper U orientation?

Hi Jason,
I'm sorry to disappoint you, there is no feature/supported way to change the rack U numbering. I think we already have an existing feature request around this subject, so I will go head and include this that you also made this request, thanks.
I was wondering as a work-around & if the number of racks is not too large, then perhaps the rack u positions could be renamed from bottom to top (which is currently the default configuration in DCO).
Kind regards
