DCO 7.5
I can't overwrite a shipped DCO report with an Insight updated design. I can publish the updated design as a new report and can update that new report but just not a "shipped" DCO report
I can work around by exporting the report design, deleting the shipped report and adding the report with the original name. Just wondering what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Ed,
It should be possible to either "Publish to server" from the Insight or export from Insight and then using the "Import report design" in DCO.
You would need to run the "Refresh Available Reports" (small yellow icon in top right corner) in the reports liste view. This will make sure the reports are loaded from the server into the client.
If that is what has been done we would need to investigate the client log files from either the DCO or Insight client.
