Out least annual renewal has had Node Maintenance costs added to it which has seen the price of the product increase annually by $25000, roughly 3000%. This is the first time this has occurred in the 8 years that we have had the product. Is anybody else experiencing these dramatic price hikes?

Hi Jeff,
I'm assuming you're referring to the software support contracts. These are not mandatory to run the system but are required for technical support or product upgrades. When purchasing support contracts, it is required for DCE for instance that the server and all node licenses all have support contracts. If you have an Enterprise server and 100 nodes, the sku s would be something like WMS1YRENT and WMS1YR100N. On a Standard server with 250 nodes, you'd need WMS1YRSTD, 2x WMS1YR100N, and a WMS1YR50N. If you've never had support contracts, these contracts may need to be back-dated.
K-base FA176117 may also explain this info better than I have. As for the actual pricing of the contracts, I am unaware of any price increase to the levels that you're suggesting.
I have seen instances where a reseller or even someone from APC/Schneider may have sold only the server support and NOT the node support. In such cases, it wouldn't be your fault and I would expect the requirement of back-dating support contracts would be ignored.
If anyone has seen anything like this from the customer side of things, please feel free to add to or counter my points here.
Thanks,
Steve.
