Morning,
we are trying to add an authentication server in DCE 7.6 but unable to connect. We are always receiving "Unable to Reach Host". However, we have confirmed the AD server is reacheable by ping and through 389 port. We tested using IP and server name. SSL Certificates provided by the customer were loaded. Any help?
P.S. We are using AD in other projects without problems

Hi Antonio,
K-base FA366078 Is a pretty good resource for how to configure Active Directory. There is a section and video on managing remote users and has a bit of extra tips near the end about adding AD users. If you can't figure it out with this help, you may want to contact support directly as our support would likely need more specific info about how you have everything configured and you probably don't want to share that kind of info on an open forum.
Thanks,
Steve.
