We installed Netbotz and data center expert at our customer and we added temperature portlets in Struxureware Portal as they requested so that they constantly see the temperatures on a dashboard on a big screen instead of receiving them in form of emails. The problem is when Netbotz is offline the readings will continue showing the last known values which results in them thinking that everything is normal. Sometimes we have problems with air conditioners so we would be entirely relying on the Netbotz.
Temperatures once went up to 50 °C while the Netbotz was offline and we are afraid some of their equipment might be damaged. Is there a way to show the Netbotz readings as unplugged or anything else instead of showing last known values, because this is highly misleading.
