Good Morning,
I have a problem with removing a patch panel.
When I try to remove the patch panel DCO crashes
The reason because there are four connections at the patch panel, left
Now the problem is that I can not remove the links, because the room destination can not be loaded.
I have loaded all the rooms, but still, it indicates that the room is not loaded.
We can not change the route, he also indicates that the destination is not loaded.
For us the patch panel can simply be removed because it is no longer in use
But as I mentioned earlier in the message specify for this can not because DCO then crashes.
DCO v7.4.5
What can I do now to solve the problem.

Hi James, According to my records the reported issue at that time was fixed (in DCO 7.5) and had been tested and verified with the data we had. Your current issue might have a different cause, I will contact you by direct email so we can investigate that, Thank you Kind regards

Jef/Marvin,
We have had the same problem (see photo below) in a link is going from a device to a room not loaded. I see on the answer it has been identified as a software but, does this mean the patch/device got removed or is that not possible?
Regards
James

Jef,
So we have to keep the link and panel in DCO.
Can you please share how this is caused once you know and then when a fix will be put in place?

Hi James, That's correct, for the time being you have to keep the link and panel in DCO. Would it be okay with you, if I/we contact you directly by email, then perhaps we may study your logs? Kind regards
