Hi team,
we have a deploy with ITA 9.3.5 with two rooms. One bigger with 270 racks and other with 70 racks. In web client the 3D view only works in the small one, the biggest one does not load the floor plan.
Is there any limitation in the web client in the size of the room to model it in 3d?
Best regards.

Hello Javier, the 3D view should be able to view a room that size. Are you or the customer seeing an error of some kind or is the view empty/blank? If empty/blank, if you zoom out does the appearance change?
Regards
Greg Sterling

Hi @gsterling
I have attached another picture with the error that we see in the web browser "memory access out of bounds". Maybe this can help.

I will pass the above screenshots to dev. There have been some reported instances of the memory out of bounds message.
