Hi.
Yesterday I added a new NetBotz 570 to our DCE and it was correctly pubblished on the EcoStruxure APP. I can see all sensor but data are not visble (I see only a " - " near it). Graph data has been correclty reported.
If I click instead on an active incident inside the appliance I see:
and next after click on the device I see this:
In this last screen Network address and location of applianche disappear but data are displayed corretcly, also if I click on all sensor:
Instead starting from the dashboard if I open this device I cannot see all sensor data:
Can you help me on this?
Regards.
Davide

Dear Davide Manassi,

The fact is that I have the latest DCE-7.6.0 and Android mobile app v.1.0.69. And for my NetBotz-450 with T and TH sensors, I do not see such a problem...

We have two NetBotz 570 with same configuration, beacause one fails we change it with this new one.
We retain the old one because we want to check some parameter (we redefine entire configuration manually instead backup/restore it).
In the APP we see data from old NetBots correctly instead this new one report problem comunicated.
I think this an issue on the APP

Dear Davide Manassi,
I'm sure the problem is in the =SE= cloud, not in the mobile app or etc. Therefore, it is necessary to wait at least a day to verify this 😀.
With respect.

Hi.
i solve the issue. I removed the Struxure Ware Data Center Expert and installed and attache the Gateway Software (last release 1.4.3.9) that I installed on a Linux Centos Machine.
I have encontoured only some problem on display all sensor, I think that if you use more or 8 character in name of label in NetBotz appliance sensor are not correctly displayed on cloud app. I insert name that not excedd 8 char on lenght and all work fine. At last I have only a new question about how app display label but I will open a new thread for this.
Bye

Dear Davide Manassi,
From your comments:

I think the solution is to remove and register your DCE-server again. Check it out please.
I have encontoured only some problem on display all sensor, I think that if you use more or 8 character in name of label in NetBotz appliance sensor are not correctly displayed on cloud app.
However, I do not have a similar problem and I use a lot more than 8 characters in the sensor names of the NetBotz appliance:

Hi.
At this time I prefer to not make any other change on my configuration, this because I am not paied from Schneider to test its software (I am not a beta tester...). Also, this issue that I solved by myself affect production environment and all modification impact directly on our internal assurance service, to revert to Struxure Ware Expert publication I must schedule another downtime window and comunicate to techinician this outage.
I think that Schneider before release some update could test it better instead leaw all customer alone. But this is only my point of view.
Regards.
