Hi Murat,
In general if DCO does not receive the sensor data (watts, amps, temperature) from DCE, then device association will not "work" or make sense (would contain no data).
(Sensors that can be mapped in DCO is listed here: https://dcimsupport.apc.com/display/DCIMDEVELOPER/DCE+Sensor+Mapping+to+DCO)
I was wondering if your power meters are able to report "Watts" and/or "Amps" measurements to DCE?
and if your cooling devices such as CRACS have temperature sensors and can report that to DCE?
You can verify via DCE client: right click on device > "View Device Sensors"
If the answer is yes (for power units and/or cooling units) then request for new DDF file(s) could be the next step to tryout.
(new DDF(s) can be requested here: https://dcimsupport.apc.com/devices)
Kind regards
