When we generate reports for power capacity and capacity history there is no data and showing empty field.

The report is based on data collected over the last 24 hours, so the server must have been running for at least 24 hours. Do you see a red cross or do you see a graph without data? Does the report show data if export it to for instance pdf?

Hi Jesper,
The server is at a customer site and its working since months.Report Error.JPG
Screen shot attached for power capacity report. I exported to pdf and yes its giving me the report.
Can you advise why its not appearing here and only when exported?

You will need to make sure the customer has write access to this directory C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Temp Do they have Internet Explorer installed on their computers? If this is an older version then please instruct them to upgrade to a newer version. Thanks Jesper
