My customer has accidently registered a license key on the wrong NetBotz unit.
Is it possible to remove the license and register the same key on another unit?
..or is a license key issued to a specific unit/MAC-adress?

Dear Patrik,
Yes, its possible to move or reset the License passcode for you. You will need to contact your local region technical or escalation team with the details of the Netbotz Unit serial number and MAC address, and the unit for which the license passcode need to be moved.
