Hi guys!
Could anyone help me please?
I have a backup from a customer who lost all access to the ITA, the only thing he have are the webmin access.
We have any process to recovery or change ITA users and passwords by webmin?

Hello Silvio
If you have a backup from a customer my recommendation is to install a new server, then restore the backup.
Installing the new server allows you or the customer to define known user credentials at the operating system level and webmin.
If you have webmin access, those credentials can typically be used to login to the OS as well.
If you or the customer is locked out of the IT Advisor application only (you can login to the OS and Webmin), I can email you a procedure to reset a user. We cannot post that process here.
