Hi Team,
I am trying to set assets visuals in IT Advisor 9.3.0 but I do not see the picture in the rack. Only in the asset visuals tab for the device, but in the rack view I do not see the picture. Maybe I am doing someting wrong...
It happens with ITA 9.3.0 but also with 9.2.2 I have tried with different web browsers and from different PCs and the problem is still there.

Hello Javier, like the desktop client in ITA, the web client UI does in some cases display information based on the overlay which is selected.
In this case, in the lower left side, select the overlays icon (circled in red in the lower left side), then the visuals entry (also circled in red below) ... this should enable the asset visuals you've imported in the web UI rack views.
