Is the PME page down or is it just me? The place to enter the search of the knowledge base won't load for me.

I've just try it few moments ago without any problem:
I was wondering perhaps it might be browser related from your side, so you might want to try a different browser (such as Chrome or Firefox) and/or you might need to clear the browser history.
