PME 8.2 in a PC with Operating System Windows 10 Pro

We have a user who has installed PME 8.2 in a PC with Operating System Windows 10 Pro, We need Increase the user’s DB using a SQL SERVER 2017 Std. Could we install and set up this licence ? Would we have any restrictions about it?
