Attempt to add PELCO IBP221 camera fails with the following errors
The link 'http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:80' is not currently functioning correctly - Device is offline or unreachable. The link 'http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:80' is not currently functioning correctly - Authentication error when connection attempted.
Camera is accessible via HTTP with user-ID admin which is used on NetBotz for camera add. NetBotz 570 appliance is on the same subnet as the PELCO IBP221 camera. NetBotz firmware version: 4.6.4 (Build 20190208_1407) Camera firmware version: 01.16.42 Camera hardware version: 6407-A1.1-80601 |

Hi Barry,
Initially, we tried supporting all Pelco cameras from a specific family but noticed inconsistencies in the code between the different models. Because of this, it was decided that only specific and tested cameras would be supported. The list of supported cameras can be found here:

I'm sorry but the camera you're using (IBP221) does not appear on this list.

If you want to try messing around with the settings just in case you can get it to work, you may want to look at this doc:

But again in the end, it is unsupported.
