Our DCE 7.4.1 appliance is alerting that /var is >95% full. How can we address that without console login credentials?

Hi Todd,
If this is a VM and you have not added a secondary drive to increase storage, that's the first suggestion I would make, Otherwise, you'll need to contact technical support directly. They will have to help you through a remote session. Once done, you'll want to upgrade to DCE 7.5 where this issue has been addressed.
