New Licence DCO Capacity

Hi, two months ago we bought 10 licenses of DCO Capacity, we received an email last week with a passcode, but we do not know how we have to do to obtain the license, I understand that from dcimasset… but I do know in which part I must introduce it.

Finally, in the dcimasset, we don´t have registered in our user, the DCO. The only information we hav of the DCO is the license that is inside the server

You can follow the instructions that are listed in knowledge base FA299045.  The serial number that you will use during the registration process can be retrieved from the Data Center Operation desktop client under Help > About.
