Hi community,
Our customer wants to connect pelco sarix IJP121-1IS camera to netbotz 570 device. I try to connect but link status always stays in offline. (screenshot from other document) I can connect the camera via HTTP/HTTPS. Netbotz version is 4.6.4.
What should I do?

Yes, they are on the same network. Sometimes it gives Authorization error as seen in the screenshot.

Dear Erhan Yasar,
I recommend you upgrade the firmware of the NetBotz-4.x appliance to version v.4.6.3. For more information, see new Release Notes NetBotz v4.6.3.pdf
Hope this helps you.
With respect.
