Dear Muhammad,

Regarding PDPM277H & PDPM138H, you can find the firmware download link under software and firmware page of the product technical specs.

For example:

http://www.apc.com/shop/in/en/products/APC-Modular-Remote-Power-Panel-277kVA-400A-400V-72-Pole-300mm...

Here is the direct link to download PDPM277H & PDPM138H Units firmware version 3.7.2 or SFPDUM372:

ftp://restrict:Kop$74!@ftp.apc.com/restricted/hardware/nmcard/firmware/xrdp/372/apc_hw03_aos375_xrdp...

These products use NMC1 type card. You can follow the instructions provided in the K-base ID: FA156047 to upgrade the firmware.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Bala

Muhammad,

The NetBotz 550 can be upgraded using the firmware listed on the NetBotz Downloads page.  This update is applied through advanced view under configuration > upgrade.  If your Advanced View installation has access to to the web to pull the upgrades files in, there will be no need to download the firmware upgrade file as the advanced view software will.  The camera pod 160 does not have a firmware upgrade, all updates would be pushed out via the main appliance firmware upgrade, automatically, if required.

Regards,

Cory
