Hi Law,

Just looking at the logs, it looks like there are multiple sensors that report similar sensors on different DDF files (ie UPS MIB DDF and Smart-UPS DDF). Just seeing messages in a log however does not necessarily indicate an issue. What is the NMC firmware running on the card in the Smart-UPS? What, if anything, is the actual issue that you're seeing the the Advanced View interface? Are you not able to monitor a device? Are you missing sensors that you believe you should be able to see?

Please also keep in mind that the DDFs for the NetBotz appliances have not been updated in some time and may not be as up to date as the UPS units or the NMC firmware that you're using.

Steve

Hi Steve, Thanks for the hint. I am not sure about the NMC firmware version. The Netbotz firmware is still using version 4.0.0. The UPS is able to monitored by the Netbotz and value of battery voltage, time remaining are correct.
