Hi @Mike-Sutton ,
This error is usually due to the device having an old (original?) version of firmware and not being reset to defaults after upgrade. From the version you currently have onward, this should not be necessary but the I suggest resetting to defaults and reconfiguring it :

Thanks,

In january, the tech person of Apc in West africa perform a firmware update in our Data center Netbotz. Since this time the Netbotz "bug" error 503 occur so he follow your procedure....but it happens again and again...every 20 days there is a Netbotz loss. The customer is very upset with Schneider and it will have a huge consequence and the west african support is totaly lost...not able to solve a problem they create after firmware update.

Update to the latest firmware and remove with HTTP WEB access the (WEB->SSL) certificate and reboot the network card,
If HTTP is disabled then enable it first on the CLI with Telnet.
command: web -h enable

The problem is the Netbotz 750. Not the ups. We access the ups without problem.
