Netbotz 750 DDF request

Hi,

we have an installation with DCE 7.8 and IT Advisor 9.0.4. We have a Netbotz 750 with wireless sensors and we do not see them in IT Advisor with the DDF Netbotz 750 v17 installed in DCE. If we remove this DDF we see the wireless sensors in IT Advisor in the floor plant view, we do not see them in the 3D view. 

We have talking about this in other topic with Jef Faridi and he saw that wireless sensors had different type in IT Advisor than the wired sensors  (float vs integer) when we discovered the Netbotz 750 in DCE without the specific DDF for this device. I guess that it was discovered by the Netbotz 250 DDF.

This is not the proper place to submit a request for a DDF. The place to make the request is here:

If they do not have the option to submit a request, they need to filter the list so it has a small and the following option should be at the bottom of the page:

Don't see the DDF you are looking for? Submit a request.

I had received a technical escalation on an issue mentioning this post and have been asked to expediate the request but I have no information on any DDF requests. It has been taking too long to go back and forth that way so I felt responding here may be better. I have only seen this post which I'm sorry to say, I do not believe the DDF team looks at these posts.

If you have submitted a request, please share that request number and I can see if I can speak to someone on the DDF team but I can not say with any certainty that I can move that along. 

I was told that you had spoken to @Jef  on a recent post. I can only assume that this was the post:

I'm unsure if Jef has spoken to the DDF team on your behalf but if not, then again I suggest you enter a DDF request here:

yes, I opened also a ticket in https://ddf.ecostruxureit.com/  last week, the ID number is #83168, but I have not received any response yet.

Even if they don't provide the DDF right away, it's my understanding they should at least provide an ETA in a timely manner. I've sent an e-mail to see if I can get them to respond to that request.

I spoke with a few people and it looks like we've gotten the ball rolling. I provided them with this post as well as the previous. I am told they've been in contact with you and requested information. From a tech support perspective, that's about all we can do.
