Netbotz 750 Appliance and Access Pod 175 Disconnected
Cameras are working, wireless temp/humidity sensors are working, and two doors/switches connected directly to the 750 are working.
However, none of the wired sensors are working as the "Appliance" is reporting offline, and two doors connected to the access pod 175 are not working as the pod is offline. Multiple power cycle attempts have not fixed it. Rack access pod is reporting identifier 0 and the "reset ID" button doesn't change anything. It has been connected to both A-link ports which also supply the power to the pod.
Are there any further troubleshooting steps I can take to determine why these devices are "Disconnected"?
From your description it sounds like the integrated sensor Pod may be having issues. For investigation into this issue, if still required, please reach out to technical support.
