Ecostruxure IT Gateway 1.18.01

Hello,

I had my IT Gateway set to auto update. It has done so successfully no issue in the past. However, with 1.18.01 it just fell apart and took out the prior instance. So I uninstalled and attempted reinstall several times, disabling all the system security etc..., no success, same install errors. I have a ticket open on the issue. Anyway, I found an old IT Gateway 1.10 installer and it installed no problem.

TLDR, I am looking for a list of all the IT Gateway versions so I can bring it up to the latest that works.

Hi @steven_buergin,

I can see that your gateway successfully updated at some point since this.  When you experience issues with gateway upgrades it is best to reach out to technical support so it can be upgraded as soon as possible.
