Hi
i'm having an issue with a customer with this configuration
- 1 NetBotz 570
- 9 Pod 150
- 1 AP9520TH
Connected with A-link and the last one is AP9520TH
i have also a power supply in the middle (on a pod 150)
On pods 150 there are connected also dry contact and TH sensor
as you can see on the image below, (humidity sensor) netbotz lost a lot of data.
Temperature sensor is working fine but Humidity sensor is unavailable.
i have also change sensors, pods, configuration but nothing change.
any help?
